If your answer to one or more of these questions is yes then you may benefit from talking to a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, like myself, outside your usual circle of friends and family.
My philosophy is that all people have enormous capacity for living creatively, lovingly and joyfully which are often untapped or repressed in our society. Recognising that each person is unique, and that one therapy model does not suit all, I tailor my work to meet my client’s individual needs and personality adopting an Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling approach. This means that I attend to the whole person their perceptions thoughts and feelings and physical experience working as a whole. I also offer bespoke care programmes in conjunction with other practitioners at Kingyo.
I am equally concerned about personal growth and development and encouraging people to discover their potential for living as I am about those of you who have identified that you have particular problems you wish to talk about.
I hold an Advanced Diploma and Master's Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling which is a professionally UKCP accredited five year training. I have provided consultancy services for a number of clients in the private and public sector, deliver workshops in numerous settings and run weekly Therapy Groups. In addition, I advise film Directors and scriptwriters on the authenticity of film narratives involving psychotherapy.
Besides private practices in Hyde Park, Harley Street and East London, I have provided short term counselling services at “Mind” and have worked with a wide range of clients with complex needs in a variety of other settings including a multicultural centre for the homeless, rough sleepers, substance misusers and people with severe trauma.
